What We Do

McManus Serra & Klein Insurance Brokers, Inc. is a multi-state property and casualty insurance agency organization operating through wholly owned and correspondent brokers. This web of relationships permits McManus Serra & Klein to access competitively priced insurance products for the clients served in each region of the country, while assuring that only the highest quality insurance carriers receive risk placements. McManus Serra & Klein is compensated by the insurers it deals with through a commission percentage which is determined by the insurance company. McManus Serra & Klein also receives profit sharing payments from certain insurers based exclusively on the volume profitability to each insurer of the McManus Serra & Klein placements during any particular year. This profit sharing has been legally permitted in our industry since long before the establishment of our firm. Should any regulatory change in our industry take place, McManus Serra & Klein will of course operate under any such modifications.

McManus Serra & Klein also offers a unique range of fee based risk management consulting which includes, but is not limited to, the exploration and management of self insurance systems, and fees negotiated for un-commissioned work product.

Unlike our largest competitors, at no time has McManus Serra & Klein received income from any “Market Service Agreement”.
